With apologies to people finding out in this impersonal way... Patsy died peacefully in January 2019 following a year's illness.

In the last 20 years of her life, Patsy was perhaps best known for setting up and running Da Capo, a friendly orchestra for adult learners, including players not yet ready to jump into the average amateur orchestra. At the time of writing, the orchestra is still running, and accepting new members.
